Data protection, whilst The Detox Kitchen will not pass on any information to other parties or bodies, with the exception of government bodies if requested, your details will be kept on record and added to our mailing list. By visiting The Detox Kitchen website you are consenting to joining our data base. You can stop this at any point by informing us via e-mail that you no longer wish to be contacted with The Detox Kitchen news and offers.

Your details will be kept on record for as long as needed. These details are only accessible to authorised staff.

Destruction of personal information will be carried out by a secure method.

Privacy statement - you are required to read all terms and conditions every time you use The Detox Kitchen as these can be changed at any time and you will not be notified of each individual change to the privacy policy.

When signing up to The Detox Kitchen you will need to give us the personal identifiable information: Name, Address and telephone number. The delivery team will be passed on these details in order to ensure that your detox experience has no hitches. Each delivery team member signs a data protection form on arrival with The Detox Kitchen to ensure you are protected.

We could occasionally ask for additional information: for example: demographic, lifestyle, marketing or questions this is purely done on a research basis and if your choice to whether you wish to provide us with the requested information.

The Detox Programme:

Whilst The Detox Kitchen is used as a tool to help your general health and well being with specialist planning the menus the programme does not guarantee weight loss and cannot be relied upon to improve your health. Please contact your doctor if you are in any doubt about your current state of health.

All of our food may contain traces of nuts.

The Detox Kitchen advice given to you on a daily basis should be followed in correlation with the programme to gain ultimate results from the Detox programme.

The Detox Kitchen has the sole right to change any planned menus or programmes at our discretion.  The meals are designed to use fresh seasonal ingredients and occasionally these might not be available as planned. The Detox Kitchen reserves all rights to make changes at any point.

The Detox Kitchen or their delivery teams cannot be deemed responsible for any theft of a detox package. Please contact the SMD Pantry as soon as you suspect that the package has been lost or stolen. Each case will be treated individually and it is the management team who will decide on the suitability of a refund or replacement of the detox package.

Cancellations are only accepted 7 days in advance of the commencing detox week.

We do not store Credit Card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

If you require to suspend your 5 day detox week this can only be admitted if the replacement dates are convenient to The Detox Kitchen. Each case will be individually assesed and it is at the discretion of The Detox Kitchen to allow a suspension
