Our Detox Program
Our Detox Kitchen box has been designed by nutritionists,
holistic chefs and a host of detox experts to provide you with a
delicious and balanced diet. The Detox Kitchen Box is a diet
program delivered to your door every morning. The box is packed
full of all the delicious, nutritious, super healthy and beautiful
food you will need for the day ahead.
We are carefully selecting natural, cleansing and seasonal
ingredients in order to nurture your body and provide a wonderfully
balanced diet. We aim to support your digestive system, liver,
kidneys and other vital organs to aid the detoxification process of
the body.
Included in the daily detox box will be:
- Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and pudding/snack
- Detoxing herbal teabags
- One little tub of psyllium husk (we are huge fans of this
wonder powder!)
- One little tub of detoxifying bentonite clay
- A Biocare supplement program
- A 'shot of the day' - wheatgrass, beetroot juice, aloe vera and
many more
Our Detox Recipes
Our recipes have been influenced by foods from all over the
world to create zingy, fresh, tantalisingly tasty meals and we are
extremely proud of our food! The meals are freshly made, wholesome
and vegan. We also provide a protein package, so that you can
include fish, chicken and shellfish.
There are plenty of beautiful ingredients for us to chose from
in order to support your body. Fresh fruit, vegetables and salads,
non wheat cereals, pastas, crisp breads, fruit and herbal teas,
beans, peas and lentils, tofu, non dairy milks such as rice, almond
and soya, nuts, seeds and oils are all wonderful. We use an
abundance of herbs to flavour our meals too.
Our detox recipes avoid wheat, dairy, caffeine, alcohol, sugar,
artificial additives and red meat.
We strongly believe that by following our convenient detox diet
you will lose weight and improve metabolism, enjoy glowing and
radiant skin, shiny hair, have more energy, feel happy, more
confident and healthy.
