chefs carefully select fresh, detoxing, organic and seasonal
ingredients. They are cooking up a beautifully healthy storm in the
kitchen, to ensure that you feel amazing whilst enjoying our
food.
Food really is at the heart of everything
we do. We believe that if a diet doesn't taste good and truly
satisfy your tastebuds, then it isn't worth doing.
We are always developing new exciting
recipes and so our menus change every week. Here is a little taster
to give you an idea of some of the deliciousness that is coming out
of our Detox Kitchen and straight to you door.

The Vegan Menu
Breakfast : Beetroot,
celery and apple juice with a little pot of Brazil nuts
Snack : A tub of cucumber and red peppers with
hummus
Lunch : Chilli puy lentils with lemongrass,
peppers, soy and ginger vinaigrette
Snack : Edamame beans
Dinner : Roasted courgette stuffed with
Moroccan spiced quinoa
Snack : Cantaloupe melon and pumpkin seeds

Breakfast : A pot of blueberries, raspberries
and seeds with mint and lemon
Snack : Plump little cherry tomatoes with
crushed chilli
Lunch : Chicken breast skewers with minted
broad bean mash and cashew nut quinoa
Snack : Celery and beetroot sticks with toasted
pine nuts
Dinner : Grilled salmon fillet with coriander,
chilli vinaigrette and a papaya salad
Snack : Kiwi and strawberries
