We have some lovely celebrities who detox with us. We asked the
three questions after their detox and also tried to find out their
beauty secrets, here is what they said...
Pixie Geldof
TDK: What was your favourite thing about the detox?
PIXIE: I love that the food is actually really yummy which just
makes it really easy and fun.
TDK: How did you feel after the detox?
PIXIE: I felt really energised and my skin was glowing
TDK: Do you have any healthy and beauty tips?
PIXIE: I'm a huge moisturiser fan and I drink loads of
water!
Henry Holland
TDK: What was your favourite thing about the
detox?
HENRY: My favourite part of the ease of everything,
the food is all clearly labeled and on my doorstep when I woke up.
The food was delicious too and I loved the prawn and quinoa
salad!
TDK: How did you feel after the detox?
HENRY: I felt a real sense of achievement after the
detox, I felt lighter and clear headed and ready for anything!
TDK: Do you have any healthy and beauty tips?
HENRY: Water, water, water is my only tip.
Agyness Deyn
TDK: What was your favourite thing about the
detox?
AGYNESS: The food was delicious, super healthy and
convenient, everything I needed during my stay in London.
TDK: How did you feel after the detox?
AGYNESS:After I had finished I was sleeping like a
baby, my skin was glowing and I had more energy.
TDK: Do you have any healthy and beauty tips?
AGYNESS: Drinks 2 liters of water a day and make
sure you get your beauty sleep

TDK: What was your favourite thing about the
detox?
GABY: The Detox kitchen is not only simple to
follow, but delicious and definitely gets results. It couldn't be
simpler and it's not all cardboard food and revolting shakes… it
really tastes unbelievably good!
TDK: How did you feel after the detox?
GABY: My energy levels after the 5 days on the
vegan detox were 10 fold. I definitely had a spring in my step,
felt lighter and everyone complimented me on my skin too.
TDK: Do you have any healthy and beauty tips?
GABY: My beauty tips are, Detox kitchen every few
months or so, plenty of water, and Pilates. Every morning I have
Cellagun Aurum liquid supplement, Pukka clean greens, Udo's choice
oil blend capsules, Calcium plus magnesium and a Vit B complex. I
swear by all the Renutriv range from Estee Lauder and their
advanced night repair. Also, I have just been introduced to the
body shop Vit E oil and I pop that on my face before the Estee
Lauder cream.

TDK: What was your favourite thing about the
detox?
RACHEL: My favourite thing about the detox was it
waiting outside my door every morning...it was made so easy and I
got excited about what was going to be in my bag that day, but the
main reason was that the food was so delicious!
TDK: How did you feel after the detox?
RACHEL: I felt great after the detox. I don't weigh
myself but I definitely felt lighter and it also put me on a great
path to want to eat more healthy. I also felt less tired.
TDK: Do you have any healthy and beauty tips?
RACHEL: I sometimes find it really hard to drink
water...so a great tip that really helped me is to squeeze lemon
into my bottle that I carried around with me...simple but
definitely works and now I find it much easier to drink my
recommended 2 litres a day!

TDK: What was your favourite thing about the
detox?
SUSIE: My favourite thing about the detox was how
filling and tasty the food was. I loved the packaging, felt so
healthy and was excited to see what I had received every
morning
TDK: How did you feel after the detox?
SUSIE: I had an astounding amount of energy after
the 5 day detox. Especially on the Friday evening- the evening that
it was finishing.
TDK: Do you have any healthy and beauty tips?
SUSIE: I have too many health and beauty tips to
list! I write a beauty blog called Blusher and Blogging which is my

TDK: What was your favourite thing about the detox?
Jo: Never having to think about never having to think about what
I was going to have to make myself to eat. It was an easy process,
the food was delicious and knowing that the food I was putting in
myself was serving a purpose and doing me good.
TDK: How did you feel after the detox?
Jo: I felt great!
TDK: Do you have any healthy and beauty tips?
Jo: Yes, get the detox kitchen through your door every day. Only
eat organic, which I live by, drink lots of water and only cook
with coconut oil.

detox?
JASMINE: I loved how easy it was to do it and the
excitement I felt every time I opened a box.
TDK: How did you feel after the detox?
JASMINE: I felt much lighter and had more energy. I
have kept up the almond milk as I loved it!
TDK: Do you have any healthy and beauty tips?
JASMINE: The best are very simple but not always
easy to do…sleep more and drink lots of water!

NICOLE: Being able to have food that's pre-prepared and that it
was so delicious.

NICOLE: Half way through I found it tough but afterwards I felt
amazing!

Drink lots of water and try and get out and do some form of
exercise as much as you can.
